The Spirit Called Holy…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I like to reflect back on how and where I got to do the things I get to do. All I can say it is always Jesus. He has been such a faithful father to me and has made a way for me in the wilderness.

As I glance out my window this morning, still waiting for the morning light, I see a glimpse of snow. I ponder this morning what this season will bring. Change is inevitable, but change is good.

I just had to stop and thank the Father for the third person in the trinity the Holy Spirit this morning. I read a book many years ago now; Good Morning Holy Spirit by Pastor Benny Hinn and it really changed my life. It made my hungry to know God in a way I hadn’t known Him before. I soon became a life learner. The Holy Spirit will teach us, remind us, and instruct us. I also listened to some teaching tapes by the late Dr. Ron Miller and his wife Ardyce. I had met Ardyce Miller years ago at Baptist Park in Mapleton, Maine. In addition, I heard this preacher speak at Riverside Wesleyan Campground in a little town called Blaine, Maine and bought teaching tapes on the Ghost Called Holy (Tim Elmore). As I would pray and ask the Holy Spirit to lead me each day, I found myself being more sensitive to His leading. I soon discovered there was more to being a Christian.

Do you want more of God, talk with him today. Just ask him to make you sensitive to the Holy Spirit and guess what? He will.

Let’s Pray:

Father, lead us today today by the power of the Holy Spirit. Make us sensitive to your spirit we pray. Show us great and mighty things.

Father, our love for you is deep and we want to do exploits in building your kingdom. Thank you for showing us the way we should take each and every day. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Thank him for his leading today.

Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit,’ says the Lord Almighty. Zechariah 4:6

  1. So very much enjoyed this article! It drew me right in. The mention of Mapleton, where I had several friends growing up, touches my heart! My wife also loved Benny’s book “Good Morning, Holy Spirit!” I’m now sitting here thinking of my youth and feeling very thankful for all of the blessings of God in my life, even though I didn’t realize the depth of them at the time. Oh, and your last scripture brought a great Hillsongs song to mind! I’m guessing you know the exact one I’m thinking of!
