Through this series on JOY, The Holy Spirit has taught me that we can learn that the purpose in JOY is that God values People! If we are honest with God, sometimes, we can have a problem with people? Do people ever disappoint you? Do people ever bring you frustration, agitation, anger, confusion, fear, or make you sad? What if I said to you that we expect too much sometimes from people? People are flawed! The Bible teaches us to be Patient and Kind –not proud or rude. Why? So, we can remain Joyful always!!! Jesus asks us to pray for those who have a lack of knowledge to know to do better! But Satan is right there waiting to steal, kill and destroy your JOY –If you offer your JOY to the enemy of God; and give your strength away. God values people! God values you! God loves you! You are the treasure Jesus come to the world to purchase with God’s blood and bring you the Spirit of Joy! God wants you to experience JOY –the Joy in Jesus that is possible to find in and through all things!
I ask you to come along with me on this journey as we tackle and talk about some TUFF and difficult things that come to us in this life and on this earth, with a purpose to STEAL, KILL and DISTROY our JOY in order to get us to move out of our rightful position with God in Christ, and react in our human emotions.

Joy is for our benefit and for the benefit of those around us! The Bible says that people are perishing from a lack of knowledge –We have a choice to gather together and share our knowledge that God brings to us and learn HOW and WHY not to ever give our joy away! Joy is the essence of the Spirit of God flowing from our heart that is made pure in Jesus the Christ, our Savior and Lord!
As we begin, I need to ask you a very important question. Would you like to learn how to forgive? Would you like to learn what Joy Is? There is only one requirement God has made. Do you know Jesus as your Savior and Lord? Would you like to learn more about who Jesus is? We will pray with you.
Dear Father God, (I) confess and admit that (I) am (was) a sinner in your eyes, but that you SO loved (me) that you sent (me) the gift of your Son, Jesus, to die for the penalty of ALL sin. (I) thank you that (my) sin is forgiven simply by believing your Testimony about Jesus. (I) am SO happy to proclaim the good news that Jesus rose again by the power of the Holy Spirit; and in Christ Jesus (I) also live in you through the gift of your Son! I believe; and I thank you for this life that is full of JOY that Jesus has already made available to me! Teach me, by the power of your Holy Spirit how to live in this life Jesus died and rose again to give to me. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.
