I am very upset at this bill not being put into law. It is anti-life! New Mexico smells of hell with all the crime and deaths taking place. The Dems vote for death with killing of this bill. The thugs know they rule this state. Meanwhile, New Mexico continues to kill babies through abortion. I hear crickets. Jesus wept. A thick cloud of death is over the the state.
Nothing is going to change here in New Mexico, it will get worse. The state needs a come to JESUS meeting. It is so clear to me.
Oh New Mexico, you do not repent and change your ways. You murder God babies. We are experiencing the wrath of God. What does the Bible say about abortion? Simply put, abortion is murder. It is the killing of a human being created in the image of God.

A crime bill sponsored by a Republican and backed by Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham stalled in the Roundhouse again. The bill, which has been proposed before, aims to address the so-called ‘revolving door’ of accused offenders getting back on the streets while waiting for trial.
Right now, if a person is arrested for a violent crime, the state has to file a pretrial detention motion and then prove the person is a danger to the community and that no conditions of release would keep the community safe. More Here

Senator Craig Brandt Issues Statement After Democrats Kill ‘Revolving Door’ Bill
SANTA FE—Today, Senate Republican Whip, Senator Craig Brandt (R- Rio Rancho) presented Senate Bill 122 before the Senate Health and Public Affairs Committee. Despite support from top law enforcement officials and prosecutors, Democrats on the committee tabled the bill on a 5-4 vote. The bill would have changed the law to allow for the holding of violent offenders pending trial to ensure they do not commit further crimes.
Following the tabling of the bill, Senator Brandt issued the following statement:
“Make no mistake—the reason the executive, criminal prosecutors, and law enforcement all supported this measure is because there is consensus that career criminals are aided and abetted by this weakness in our bail system. By voting down this measure, progressive Democrats from Albuquerque stood on the side of criminals and left the safety and security of our communities in jeopardy.”
“These legislators say they are committed to addressing New Mexico’s crime crisis, but votes like this expose their words are nothing more than lip service. The people of our state deserve better, and moving forward, I hope the people will demand better from those they elect to office.”

We are in bondage while we carelessly sing, dance, party, eat and be merry while prices go higher, and morals go lower. We are one major decision away from a great nation gone completely under.
Oh, that we might experience an awakening that would bring millions to the Cross of Christ and humble our churches and nation. Many are praying for yet another great outpouring of God’s Spirit upon North America. That is my hearts cry as well. Can it happen again?
