“The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.”

Psalm 29:11

There can be no true peace without Jesus.

Temporary peace is only available through deception, addiction or distraction.

These things lead only to eternal regret. But Isaiah 9:6 says “God shall be called the Prince of Peace.”

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”

John 14:27

The peace Jesus gives us is different from the peace the world offers us. Many times we search for peace elsewhere, but we’ll never find it there, unless it’s empty any temporary.

Jesus left his peace with us. His peace is the peace that allows us to stand still in the hardest of times.

A Christian’s life should come under the Bible teaching of peaceful living. People who live this way will avoid constant, difficult conflicts and unnecessary hardships.

When we minister to others, we should be doing so in a peaceful, pleasant way and not a quarrelsome, hateful manner.

“Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord.”

Hebrews 12:14

If at all possible, live at peace. We know sometimes that’s difficult. Depending on the other party. God only requires you to do your part.

The times we are living in are very difficult, but God offers us hope and peace.  We will be free from all the worldly sorrow, soon. As I believe Christ will return soon.

Many will continue to search for peace in all the wrong places. Placing their hopes in the government, their own successes, money and evil practices. The list goes on and on, unfortunately.

“Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.”

Psalm 34:14

“A born-again person ought to possess unspeakable peace in the spirit.”

– Watchman Nee

May God‘s peace surround you today and always.

Many Blessings,

Connie
