BREAKING NEWS (Albuquerque, NM): All three major television news stations in Albuquerque, New Mexico are reporting this afternoon that special agents with the Bernalillo County District Attorney’s Office (“DAO”) arrested Albuquerque Public Schools bus driver Ralph Anthony Martinez (61) after DNA evidence linked him to the rape of four women between October 1988 and August 1991.
According to the DAO, Martinez was identified by comparing sexual assault kits completed by the victims and fresh DNA acquired from the steering wheel, gear shift and switches within the school bus driven by Martinez.
