PRAY FERVENTLY IN RIGHTEOUSNESS AND AVAIL MUCH
JAMES 5:16B “THE EFFECTIVE, FERVENT PRAYER OF A RIGHTEOUS MAN AVAILS MUCH.
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.
2 Chronicles 7:14
Today is the National Day of Prayer.
We want to lift up our nation, our leaders, our churches, schools, businesses and families.
“A house is divided against itself, that house cannot stand.”
Mark 3:25
Scripture tells us that we can draw near to God through prayer, bring Him our requests, ask for His help, and he will meet us in time of need.
Our country is in need!
Continue steadfastly in prayer, being watchful in it with thanksgiving.
Colossians 4:2
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18
Lord, we come before you today, with humbled hearts to lift up our country to you. We know we are in dire need of redemption and forgiveness. We want to lift up all of our leaders on a national, state and local level, for guidance from you, Sovereign Lord.
