Wave Your Palm Branch High Today And Declare The Day Of The Lord…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. Happy Palm Sunday. There is a lot going on in our world today. We know that Jesus is the answer and his love for mankind is amazing. He paid the price so we could live the John 10:10 life.

Today let’s pray for our world together. Let’s join faith for people that are hurting that needs Jesus to intervene, to send his help to them from on high. There is hope today because of the light, the light of Jesus Christ.

Let’s Pray:

Father, we have heard the reports of recent shootings, tornadoes, and the world is looking dark, but you gave us Jesus the light of the world to change things around. In Joel 2:28, it was prophesied that in the last days you would pour your spirit upon all flesh. We are beginning to see that happen.

Father, we wave our palm branch high today and declare the day of the Lord. You will repay us for the years the locusts have eaten—the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm my great army that I sent among you. You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the Lord your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed. Then you will know that I am in Israel, that I am the Lord your God, and that there is no other; never again will my people be shamed.

Father, thank you for the day of the Lord. Joel 28:28  “And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.

Father, we wave our palm branch high today and declare the day of the Lord. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Happy Palm Sunday!

The next day the great crowd that had come for the festival heard that Jesus was on his way to Jerusalem. They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting, “Hosanna!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord !” “Blessed is the king of Israel!” Jesus found a young donkey and sat on it, as it is written: “Do not be afraid, Daughter Zion; see, your king is coming, seated on a donkey’s colt.” At first his disciples did not understand all this. Only after Jesus was glorified did they realize that these things had been written about him and that these things had been done to him. Now the crowd that was with him when he called Lazarus from the tomb and raised him from the dead continued to spread the word. Many people, because they had heard that he had performed this sign, went out to meet him. John 12:12-18
