What is your new name? Today, let’s pray Revelation 2:17 He who has an ear, let him hear what the spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give some of the hidden manna to eat. And I will give him a white stone, and on that stone a new name written which no one knows except him who receives it.
Lord, thank you for a new name. Today every reader across this globe that has received you in their heart will have a new beginning and their sins are made as white as snow (you can ask Jesus in your heart today if you have not already done so and ask him to forgive you your sins and he will). Thank you for being a God of love and not of condemnation and punishment. 1 John 4:10 says In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son to be a propitiation for our sins. Sometimes your love brings conviction and discipline. There is no fear in love, but perfect loves casts out all fear because fear involves punishment and the one who fears is not perfected in love. We love because he first loved us. 1 John 4:18-19. Today, may many receive their new name that cost you everything. Today, may many take up their cross and follow you. Amen
Have a blessed day, for this is the day the Lord has made I will rejoice and be glad in it.
