The Key To The Open Door…

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. A few weeks ago, a young woman at church gave the scripture Isaiah 22:22 as she spoke about the key of David. Something leaped inside of me that morning. I have reviewed that scripture every day since she spoke.

I remembered the hat I wore as part of a prayer team in Israel that I borrowed from a friend. It read Isaiah 22:22 I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. The scriptures go on to say I will drive him like a peg into a firm place; he will become a seat of honor for the house of his father. I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. Doesn’t that make me want to give a shout today. I wore that hat as we prayed throughout Israel re-digging the ancient wells. 

Beautiful people know that God can open a door and close a door for you. No matter what- you can rest today knowing that God himself holds the keys, the keys to the Kingdom.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you for stirring up those deep wells within our soul this morning. John 7:38 tells us that whoever believes in you, as scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them. Stir deep today and let the river of God flow in us, through us and all around us for your glory, oh God.

Father, a new day is here. We are declaring deep wells this morning.

Father, lead us today by the power of the Holy Spirit and give us eyes to see and ears to hear all that the spirit is saying to us.

Father, thank you for using us today to be a bright light. May those living waters stir like never before as we journey our day with our God.

Father, we pray for the peace of Israel today. Your chosen land and your chosen people. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Jesus is the key to your open door.
