Are We Really Designed By God?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. This morning, I sat a long time before the one that created me. He usually will pop a word in my spirit or give me a thought to write about. This morning nothing came to mind. I decided to change gears and worship him. Still nothing came to mind. Then I was reminded of a previous writing, You Were Born To Be A World Changer.
I am preparing for a trip. It is the biggest travel I have ever taken, but I know God has called me to go. He stretches me well beyond my comfort zones. I am on the last half of my life, and I want to finish the race well. I want to accomplish all that he has for me. At first, I declined but agreed to pray about it. Then like the tag on a designer’s dress that lets the world know who made it, I knew I was to go. The impression on my heart was stamped by God himself. I felt like the girl at the bridal store that said yes to the dress, as I said yes to my bridegroom.

Father, you created us in your image Genesis 1:27 tell us all about it. You knit us, oh God together in our mother’s womb. We praise you because we are fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful; we know that full well. Our frame was not hidden from you when we were made in the secret place, when we were woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw our unformed body; all the days ordained for us were written in your book before one of them came to be. How precious to us are your thoughts, God! (Psalm 139:14-18)
Father, impress our hearts and we say yes. Yes, to the one that created and designed us. Amen.
