This report saddens me. Let us pray over this situation. Healthcare is in a crisis here in New Mexico. We have a shortage of Doctors and nurses. Sharon and I have had to wait a long time to get appointments. In July, New Mexico was short almost 7,000 nurses, according to published job announcements around the state. That shortage, as with most medical professionals, is more acute in rural areas, where roughly a third of New Mexicans live. New Mexico lawmakers rally around funding to keep rural hospitals open. Meanwhile, the average age of a physician in New Mexico is 53, suggesting further shortages are likely as doctors retire. And unfortunately, only 40% of residency graduates stay in New Mexico. Too-long waits for appointments The doctor shortage hits home when there is no doctor to see you now. The crime rate here sends some packing.

The infrastructure of New Mexico is crumbling, caring for God’s people should be at the top. But hey! We have home delivery of booze, New Mexico is number 3 in Drunk Driving Deaths, Pot shops all over. NMSP: Dispensaries under investigation for alleged ties to international organized crime. And the state continues to kill God’s babies through abortions. New Mexico needs a come to JESUS meeting!

Thank you Larry Barker and KRQE for this report:

(KRQE TV) –”It was not only shocking, it’s really disappointing.” That was the reaction of University of New Mexico Hospital CEO Kate Becker after the hospital received a failing grade in a recent hospital safety review.

KRQE TV’S Larry Barker Reports: Failing the Grade: New Mexico hospital rated ‘below average’ in national survey

The majority of Americans are blinded from the truth, just 4% of us have a Biblical Worldview.

Why is the World full of evil?

“So I tell you this, and insist on it in the Lord, that you must no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their thinking. They are darkened in their understanding and separated from the life of God because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their hearts” Eph 4: 17, 18.

The Scriptures call the mind of the natural man “blinded” 2 Cor. 4:4, “depraved” Romans 1:28, “corrupt” 1 Tim. 6:5, and “unspiritual” Col. 2:18. The natural mind thinks from a humanistic, sin-debased viewpoint. The viewpoint of the flesh directs its thoughts. The sinful mind is under the control of Satan and can never please God because it concentrates on things of the world and not things of the Spirit. The natural mind walks the road of hopelessness and self-destruction.

“People die every day without Christ, and we’ve got the answer. … Don’t just talk about evangelism. Do it.”
