Anugrah Kumar, a contributor with The Christian Post, wrote an article today (10/2/2023) about a recent FBI Public Service Announcement (“PSA”), Alert No. I-091223-PSA, titled Violent Online Groups Extort Minors to Self-Harm and Produce Sexual Abuse Material.
The PSA warns about violent online groups targeting minors on messaging platforms which encourage minors to live-stream acts of self-harm and to produce child sexual abuse material. For prospective members to gain access, they often must live-stream or upload videos onto media sites or mobile applications depicting their minor victims harming animals or committing self-harm, suicide, murder or other acts of violence.
The PSA comes following discovery and the first mention of a satanic cult known as 764, which is an offshoot of the Order of Nine Angles (AKA: O9A) – a violent, subversive amalgam of esoteric Hitler worship, satanism and Wiccan tenets.

My brothers and sisters, to effect the most evil and quickest change of our hearts possible, the evil one and his demons intentionally target our children and youth!
These satanic and abusive groups, similar to what many city or neighborhood-based gangs have done, attempt to create a counterfeit sense of belonging, justice and empowerment to those who are younger, and therefore, more emotionally susceptible. These groups target younger persons who may fail to recognize the lies of the evil one, lack Christian values or awareness, live in unstable and unloving home situations, suffer food insecurity, violence or homelessness, and/or use illicit drugs.
According to the bible, the evil one’s mission is to steal, kill, destroy and to counterfeit the beautiful things of God, drawing away as many persons as possible from the love and salvation of Jesus. Praise God that Satan has already been defeated by Jesus at the cross of Calvary(!) – which the evil one knows all too well, and is making the most of things until he and his demons are tossed into the bottomless pit!
In the meantime, the scriptures tell us to be wise as serpents and innocent as doves, recognizing the evil around us, and to pray fervently, always giving thanks to the Lord for His protection upon our children and families. Let’s be sure to pray specifically for those who are (or may become) affected by these evil and sexually abusive groups such as 764 and the Order of Nine Angles, and for the immediate demise of these groups, in Jesus’ name!
