Helen Sarmiento is 18 years old and has Down syndrome. She’s always wanted to be crowned homecoming queen. Here dream came true.

In this world that has so many problems, to see what Helen has accomplished, to see the love she has and all the love around her in Rio Rancho just warms my heart! PTL! More Here
