Refreshed By God’s Love…
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I love to ask God questions, because I know he will answer. Everyone has a deep need to be loved. Men, women and children alike needs to know that there is someone that loves them and has a plan. We all have a deep need to be loved. We all fill that need with things instead of trusting that God’s love is enough. Some folks choose alcohol, some food, some shopping, video games, and the list is endless of what man can come up with to fill the need in the human soul.
Recently, I met someone that was uncertain about their future. Everything seemed to be crumbling around them. As I prayed for her that day, I sensed God was saying he was bringing an increase to her family. It was an odd word that came to me as I petitioned a big God for a young mother. She described some negative circumstances from a car accident and a job that was a bit shaky at this time. The word that kept going through my mind, increase as I prayed that morning for this dear child of God. She needed a deeper revelation of God’s love that day and God was trusting me to help bring it.
Today, let’s ask God for a deeper revelation of his love. Just like the woman that needed to know God’s love was bigger than her circumstances, we all could use a refreshing of God’s love. Let’s ask him…
Let’s Pray:
Father, thank you for refreshing us with your love today. There is nothing you won’t do for your children. There is no one that is beyond your reach and your love.
Father, give us eyes to see your love today. Give us ears to hear what your spirit is saying. Father, wash over us today and show us the love of our Heavenly Father.
Father, use us today to bring that love to another. May we be your hands and feet extended. Amen.
