(RNS) — The latest chapter in Donald Trump’s ongoing legal drama played out on Monday evening (Aug. 14), as a grand jury in Georgia indicted the former president and 18 others.
While most of those indicted are lawyers or people with close connections to Trump, at least one is a faith leader: an Illinois pastor and former police chaplain charged in connection with efforts to intimidate Georgia election workers. The indictment singles out the Rev. Stephen Cliffgard Lee, a pastor within the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod denomination. More Here

Our government is rotten, the two political parties are rotten, Pastor Indicted Alongside Trump in Georgia Election Meddling Case. Many in the GOP are backtracking on abortion, America is ripe for extreme violence in this upcoming election, many will not accept the results, worst of all, America as a whole has left God. Just 4% of Americans have a Biblical Worldview. The result: Hell on earth! Buckle up, it is going to get worse. The Bible Tells me so!

The need for Police officers is a huge problem in America. Here in Albuquerque, New Mexico the force is so very understaffed, even thou Mayor Tim Keller promised us he would fix the problem. Mayor Keller has failed the people on public safety issues, he likes to build 80 million dollar bike paths, or whatever! Keller says police recruitment goal unrealistic, APD leaning on civilians and tech. Right Next door to Albuquerque is Rio Rancho, the last time I talked with Mayor Greg Hull he told me his Police Department is fully staffed. Crime rages in America, we are a lawless nation, the justice system is broken. There is no deterrent to crime. Be thankful for your law enforcement officers.
