Evil exists! It’s real and it’s no joke. Many are falling away from the Christian faith and adhering to demonic agendas.
God laughs at this.
The wicked plots against the righteous and gnashes his teeth at him, but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he sees that his day is coming.
Psalm 37:12-13
Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the Lord and against his Anointed, saying, “Let us burst their bonds apart and cast away their cords from us.” He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision. Then he will speak to them in his wrath, and terrify them in his fury.
Psalm 2: 1-12
Battles are very exhausting. They take up so much of your energy and time. That’s one way satan can take control of you. You’ll be absolutely annihilated if you’re not seeking God’s will, daily.
Mostly we cannot see our opponent during these battles and that can somehow be deceiving.
The reality of spiritual warfare can be frightening, and the thought of battling against powerful and evil spiritual beings can be overwhelming.
It’s extremely important to remember that we are not alone in this battle. God is with us and He supplies us with the tools that we need to overcome the forces of evil.
To the one who is victorious, I will give the right to sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat down with my Father on his throne.
Revelation 3:21
The full armor of God that Christians are called to put on is; The Belt of Truth, the Breastplate of Righteousness, the Gospel of Peace, the Shield of Faith, the Helmet of Salvation, and the Sword of the Spirit.
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
Ephesians 6:13
When evil strikes, and it will, you’ll have to fight the battle on your knees.
Remember, as the day of the Lord approaches, evil will be amped up. We’re already seeing this in the world today.
But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power. Have nothing to do with such people.
2 Timothy 3:1-5
Folks, pray for your loved ones and for those on the front lines. Remember, seek God and be prepared for spiritual battles.
