Doing Any Talking?

Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I was thinking this morning about a Ted Talk I was on, Happy People Talk. As another author and writer interviewed me in New York, I answered their many questions.

I have been watching a lot of Ted Talks recently for a class I am taking. I must admit I have loved hearing the many stories. People are the most important of all creations that God made. In the book of Genesis, we read how he made us all in his image. Those Ted Talks gave me a lot to think about and all the life issues people have lived through. There is nothing new under the sun the book of Ecclesiastes tell us.

One thing I know for sure is that God loves people, and he is ready and willing to talk things over with them. He is as close as our next breath, as close as our next words.

Every time I listen to the song Talking To Jesus, I am thankful that we have a voice, and he invites us to communicate with him every day about every life issue. We don’t need to be nervous, we don’t even have to have the right words, as he looks at our heart.

Some folks like to journal prayers, and I like to as well. Then I can put his answer on it, and it helps me to remember how good my Father is.

Today, let’s have a talk with Jesus. Amen? Journal it if you would like, so you could put the answer down when it arrives. He is waiting to hear from you.

Let’s Pray:

Father, thank you that we can talk with you day or night. You are always available and  have a listening ear. We can communicate with you on a daily walk, at the morning table or by our bed at night. There is no place you won’t meet with us.

Father, today we can bring our burdens and give them to you and take your yoke as it is easy and light. (Matthew 11:28-30)

Father, may many talk with you as the good Father. The Father that loves people, with an everlasting love. Amen.

Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Keep talking with Jesus, he has your answer.

I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people. (Ephesians 1:18)
