Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., urged her colleagues in Congress to support a bill banning abortions after 15 weeks gestation and separate legislation to support families raising children as the pro-life movement looks to refute the narrative that they’re merely “pro-birth” as opposed to pro-life. Stefanik, chair of the House Republican Conference, discussed the state of the pro-life movement a year after the landmark decision that reversed the 1973 Roe v.
