A Promise Is A Promise…
Good morning beautiful people. Happy Friday! Last evening, I was talking to some of my friends about one of my sisters. She was the most humorous of our clan. I am still on the lookout for the writing she gave me mirror, mirror on the wall. Her home is now a mansion in heaven, and she is walking on streets of gold. Life really is like a vapor, here today and gone tomorrow.
She called me one day and asked me to listen to a song she heard on the radio, Knowing You Will Be There, by the Gaither Vocal Band. I cried for a week after I listened to that song. She would laugh as I shared my Jesus stories. I remember one trip I went on she sent me a check and wrote seed in the memo. I still chuckle about that and other memories of times we shared.
Every day is a gift, a blessing to enjoy. We will never get today back, so live it as such. Tell people you love them, hug often, give that extra handshake, compliment when you can. Even when things in the world look upside down, our days are in his hands. As Christians, we have promises to stand strong on. Are you ready for an amazing day?

Father, thank you for life and that you knew the family we would be born in. Our days are in your hands. Father, help us see the good in every day, the good in others and may we be your hands and feet extended to a world in need.
Father, someday we will see you face to face, but until then use us to impact the world, we pray. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Shine on and believe in the promises of God. They are all yes and amen.
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God. (2 Corinthians 1:20)
