I got to get this book! I love the writings of Mark Batterson! Basic principles I learned when I was just a little boy that I still use to this day. Yesterday I helped a lady at the gas station. She was so very, very thankful. Kindness is still around, but many children were not taught manners by their parents, because their parents did not teach them. It’s a generational thing now. Today’s culture needs a “rising tide of civility,” Mark Batterson said in his new book “Please, Sorry, Thanks.” Batterson, emphasizing that civility must go beyond mere politeness.
