An online Christian preacher has been ordered by a Washington County judge in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, to stay silent on social media for five years after he expressed his moral and religious concerns in posts about a church that endorses same-sex marriage and a public drag queen performance in front of children.

A team of attorneys with The Rutherford Institute, a nonprofit civil liberties organization, has stepped in to help Rich Penkoski. More Here

  1. This is a critical issue and moment in time. The judge, clearly, does not understand the 1st Amendment, which is an amazing thing to even say out loud. Or, maybe the judge understands perfectly and desires to establish case law or precedent that suppresses a biblical worldview and the Christian faith. There is no way to look at the directive of the court and conclude other than the court is affirming that the bible itself is something to be shunned. Lord have mercy on us and the persons who not only hold such views, but are in a position to push those views onto society.
