I get asked from time to time when I am retiring. A man of God never retires. The retirement plan is Heaven! I have so many mentors who are beyond 65 and still going so strong for JESUS. I will be a young 67 in July, but I will go on with my Lord until He says no more. I will never stop serving my JESUS! I LOVE MY JESUS!

Last month marked one year since I stepped away from the pastorate. I’ve shunned the idea of “retiring from ministry” like the plague, vowing to remain active in ministry and seeking to use the rest of my life to serve the Lord. Over these past twelve months, the clamps of life have tightened considerably for us all. Personally, I’ve reflected more on both the starting and finish lines of my ministry.
