Need An Umbrella Anyone?
Good morning beautiful people, good morning. I recently went into Brambleberry Market in Caribou, Maine to spend a gift certificate I had received from my colleagues from my time working at Cary Medical Center. I couldn’t help myself; I purchased a set of tin umbrellas to decorate. I tried to walk on by, but those umbrellas I swear were speaking to me. I thought well I can put some pumpkins in them and set them on their side for decoration. Then I began to think about the former and the latter rain. I still look at these two umbrellas and have goose bump feelings.
Today let’s thank God for the healing rain.
Be glad, people of Zion, rejoice in the Lord your God, for he has given you the autumn rains because he is faithful. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before. (Joel 2:23)
Father, thank you for the great I am. Great and mighty things you are doing and great things we will do in your name.
Father, thank you for the rain. Fall down on us today, we pray. Thank you for the healing rain. Rain down on our lives, our communities, our state and nation to the nations of the world, we pray this morning.
Father, because we walk with the founder of planet earth, we can hold our umbrella high. Your healing rain washes over us as you change us from glory to glory. Rain over us all today, we pray. Amen.
Have a blessed day God’s most beautiful people. Let him rain down over you today and be refreshed in his presence.
