Senator Lindsey Graham of South Carolina has introduced a bill that would protect preborn children from abortion after 15 weeks – something polls have shown time and time again that most Americans want, and which would bring federal abortion law in line with most Western democracies.

“Abortion is a contentious issue,” Graham said in a news conference announcing the proposal, according to the Washington Post. “Abortion is not banned in America. It is left up to elected officials in America to define the issue … States have the ability to do [so] at the state level and we have the ability in Washington to speak on this issue if we choose. I have chosen to speak.”

Activist Lila Rose defended the pro-life position on an episode of “Dr. Phil” that aired Monday, Sept. 12. During the show, guests discussed the case of a woman whose unborn child was diagnosed with acrania, as well as the 10-year-old girl in Ohio who had an abortion after she became pregnant due to being raped.

“Our fundamental human right that we all share in this room is life,” said Rose, founder and president of the pro-life non-profit Live Action. “It’s the first human right. Laws are meant to protect the weak. In a society, who’s the weakest? Who’s the weakest in a society? A child.”

Not only do many Americans reject the moral truth of Scripture, but they claim the mantle of Christian faith in so doing. From praying for God to bless clinics that perform late-term abortions, to citing Christian “compassion” in support of euthanasia, to enlisting drag queens as worship leaders, to claiming that abortion does not contradict the Christian faith, many so-called “people of faith” have been busy undermining the faith.

The GOP and DEMS are playing political games with the lives of God’s babies. How dare they! The GOP has become rotten to the core on the lives of Babies, they are becoming more and more like the DEMS. The GOP has betrayed God and His babies. These politicians think they are GOD. They think they have the right to tell God how long His babies should live. God will have the final say on all this. I have stated for years both parties are destroying America. Here is more proof on the downfall of the GOP. What does the Bible say about abortion? Simply put, abortion is murder. It is the killing of a human being created in the image of God.

Here in New Mexico the GOP candidate for Governor Mark Ronchetti is not pro-life, Ronchetti, like many Republicans are now only supporting a 15 week ban. NBC News reports: On the campaign trail, Republicans have started to coalesce around a 15-week ban — which polling suggests could draw more public support. A July survey from the Public Religion Research Institute found that 52% of Americans, but just 21% of Republicans, opposed legislation that would bar abortions after 15 weeks. Legislation that would ban abortions earlier than 15 weeks was opposed by a significantly larger proportion of Republicans and the overall electorate.

Back in the day the Republicans stood for God and country….now look at them. You cannot put limits on the life of God’s babies! This is all asinine! The GOP is betraying the pro-life movement in America.

Most politicians will do almost anything to get elected. This is why I am an Independent and do not support either party. The two party system has crashed and burned. I am also very disappointed in so many Pastors who remain silent on abortion. God will judge us all. All life is created by God. Who in the dickens do these people think they are? What does the GOP stand for anymore? Tragically, elections in America have come down to voting for the lesser of two evils.
