This is good news for ‘We the People.’ I paid $4.62 a gallon for gas on Sunday! As House Minority Leader Jim Townsend stated to the Santa Fe New Mexican, “Our state is already one of the poorest states in the nation.” This would have been horrible for us common folk. I would love to hear what the old sage Will Rogers would say about this! The ABQ Journal is reporting this morning: A proposal to establish a clean fuel standard in New Mexico failed on a tie vote early Thursday as the House deadlocked 33-33 on the bill.

We have to continue to fight for ther oil and gas industry, the back bone of our schools. New Mexico still needs to get more tougher on crime. I heard 10 gun shots from our house later yesterday afternoon. Called 911….WAITED 2 minutes for an answer! WE NEED MORE 911 Operators! This is a problem in the County! Seconds count in emergency’s….I was a firefighter! I know…seconds count in fires also! LIFE AND DEATH! The County and City need to come together and solve this problem!

Senator Republicans Applaud Senate Passage of Tax Bill
Republican proposed tax relief coming for New Mexico Seniors, Veterans, and Families

SANTA FE — In the final hours of the 2022 session, Senate Republican backed measures to provide meaningful tax relief for New Mexicans were included in the final tax bill passed by the Senate. House Bill 163 includes a repeal of the social security tax for most New Mexicans, a phased in repeal of state income tax for military retirees, and a $250 tax rebate for almost every New Mexico taxpayer. Other tax breaks in the legislation include a child tax credit and a small GRT tax decrease.
“This tax cut for our seniors will have a generational impact on families who rely on a their social security check,” said Senator David Gallegos (District 41-Eddy and Lea) who sponsored legislation to repeal the social security tax. “This is a win for our seniors who have served our communities for decades. The least we can do is end the double taxation of their social security benefits.”

“Removing the income tax for our military retirees is the only way New Mexico can get in the fight to keep them in our state,” added Senator Bill Burt (District 31-Otero, Lincoln, and Chaves), a longtime sponsor of this effort. “At this point, more than 9 in 10 of our highly educated veterans leave our state upon retirement because we are one of the few states that do not already offer this tax break. This is prudent policy to bolster our workforce, spur small business creation, and enrich our communities with these heroes and their families.”

“A rebate is the least we could do for New Mexico families given the glut of government growth we have seen this year,” added Senator William Sharer (District 1-San Juan). “Despite our state coffers being flushed with federal stimulus and oil and gas cash, many New Mexico families are seeing their budgets ratchet down due to rapid inflation. fundamentally believe the more taxpayer money we can return to those who earned it, the better our state will be.”

HB 163 will now return to the House for concurrence

New Mexico GOP Leaders Blast Dems on Changes to SB 144, Election Law Changes

FGGAM shares a Biblical Worldview everyday: The Biblical worldview says there is a God—One who is personal, powerful and caring—who created the world and everything in it. It states unequivocally that man is created in God’s image, living in essence as God’s co-regent over creation. Mankind—born and unborn, rich and poor, able and disabled—has intrinsic worth. Almighty God is a sovereign God, ruler over nations, states, empires, and governments. He is to be worshipped and obeyed through the precepts and principles revealed in His infallible Word. He not only exists, but He is sovereign over all of history according to His wisdom and purposes, and He is intimately involved in every aspect of life (Franklin Graham, “A Biblical Worldview in Today’s Culture”).

The Dems rule New Mexico…….Will New Mexico vote for Godly principles in November?

FGGAM has received the following news releases:

Statement from New Mexico House Republican Whip Rod Montoya (Farmington) on SB 144, Election Law Changes:

“It is truly disappointing that this body has decided to move forward with election law changes that disregard the work of so many of our county clerks and tremendous bipartisan lawmakers. I had been hopeful that having so many stakeholders at the table and involved in creation of SB6, yet yesterday political moves were used to push through, what I consider is the Governor’s reelection bill. I am thankful for the County Clerks who worked on the original bill, and those that took the time yesterday to testify and read the secret amendment to SB144. The work that was done on the original SB6 was truly work on behalf of the people and will hopefully be replicated because it shows that we can work together and produce good legislation in the future.”

Senator Crystal Diamond Stands with County Clerks in Opposition to Amended Senate Bill 144

Renews Call for passage of bipartisan Senate Bill 6

SANTA FE – Following reports that the New Mexico County Clerk’s Affiliate voted overwhelmingly to oppose Senate Bill 144, as amended, Senator Crystal Diamond (District 35-Doña Ana, Hidalgo, Luna, and Sierra), released a statement of support for the clerks and renewed her call for the House to pass Senate Bill 6.

“I stand with our county clerks in strong opposition to the amended SB 144,” said Senator Diamond. “The attempt by House Democrats to logroll a 165-page election amendment into a simple 2-page bill is outrageous. Even more problematic is that the sponsors of the amendment clearly did not consult with those responsible for running our elections—our county clerks.”

During the public hearing on SB 144, Democratic legislators, Representative Damon Ely and Senator Katy Duhigg, shocked the clerks and other concerned citizens when they introduced the unexpected amendment. The clerks and members of the public were not given ample time to review the amendment before it was adopted on a party-line vote, with all Republicans opposing the measure.

“Almost two weeks ago, the Senate sent a bipartisan election bill to the House,” added Senator Diamond. “SB 6 was endorsed by the county clerks and the Secretary of State, and passed the Senate on a 39-0 vote. Unfortunately, instead of passing the consensus legislation, the Democrats took some of the worst provisions of the Governor’s radical election bill (SB 8) and shoved them into an unrelated measure. This is a slap in the face to the county clerks and everyone else who worked tirelessly on SB 6. I urge my colleagues in both chambers to reject the amendment on SB 144 and to pass SB 6 in its current form.”

House Dems Anti-Voter Rights Bill Fast-Tracked for Final Passage, 24 Hours Left!
Thank you for your diligence during the legislative session, together, your emails, calls, and prayers helped kill the dangerous anti-voter rights bill, SB 8 in the Senate. Sadly, the brazen, unethical means of introducing SB 144, a new, amended version of anti-voter rights bill SB 8 – hours before a committee hearing, did not go over well yesterday. Don’t forget: together we have defeated bad, anti-life bills before.
In fact, two Democrat county clerks testified against the lack of transparency and cooperation from the Soros-funded Secretary of State, Maggie Oliver and sponsors of SB 144. However, Dem controlled House Judiciary passed the 165 page bill without members even having time to READ THE BILL.
SB 144 now goes to the House Floor and if it passes onward to the Senate Floor for concurrence – take action below!
WHAT SB 144 DOES: No Voter ID requirement, allows unsecurely monitored ballot “drop-boxes” throughout the state, 3rd parties like, Planned Parenthood Votes allowed to send absentee ballot applications without consent or knowledge, generates a permanent absentee ballot sent without consent or knowledge after 1st request, felon voting upon release. SHARE THIS WITH OTHERS! Please note *legislative staff are typically available 8-5 to answer phone calls.

You Think The Drought is Bad Now in The West, It Will Get Worse, Funds Need to Be Diverted to Water Projects

FGGAM shares a Biblical Worldview everyday: The Biblical worldview says there is a God—One who is personal, powerful and caring—who created the world and everything in it. I have been watering our tress and shrubs this winter. Deep watering. to get to the roots. It is very, very dry. I see many tress and shrubs struggling in the city. Fire danger is present in parts of New Mexico because of the severe drought. U.S. Drought Monitor

We have so very many problems in New Mexico and all over America, I do not think many are focusing on WATER! You can’t do anything without WATER. This is very serious. We have so many issues like the erosion of Christianity in New Mexico, America is no longer a Christian nation: Only 6% of Americans have a ‘biblical worldview,’ research from George Barna , abortion, crime, corruption, drugs, suicides, legalized pot, child murders, child abuse, child hunger, gangs, robberies, poverty, homelessness, rising cost of living, inflation is out of control, on and on we go. As we said in the day, “We have more problems that Carter has liver pills.” Now that really dates me! BUT IT IS THE TRUTH! JESUS is the TRUTH. Read your Bible. JESUS is always the answer, not enough people know that. Life here is going to get tougher, not easier. God’s Word will set your free from this world we live in. Read my story below about Blackouts may occur this summer in New Mexico because of the lack of electricity! My goodness! New Mexico Attorney General Hector Balderas put the state Public Regulation Commission on notice It is just plain crazy that the Governor wants to ruin the oil and gas industry. The Governor should lose the upcoming election on just the CRIME issue! We need a Law and order Governor! Read more below.

The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation said 17 states under its purview are facing low reservoir levels. All across the West states are struggling with the effects of extreme drought. The worse news is that the drought will continue this year

New study: drought in New Mexico the worst in 1,200 years

As the drought worsens, what is the Governor of New Mexico and the legislature doing about water conservation? The Santa Fe New Mexican reports, with federal and state dollars available for infrastructure, funds need to be diverted to water projects. Think about everything from restoring rivers to stopping leaks to building public and private water catchment systems. More Here

I saw this article and wanted to share it with you:

All across the West states are struggling with the effects of extreme drought.

By the numbers:

  • More than 93% of Utah remains in severe drought, according to the U.S. Drought Monitor.
  • Some reservoirs in Utah are at 30-year lows.
  • The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation said 17 states under its purview are facing low reservoir levels.
  • Utah Gov. Spencer Cox recommended $500 million for water conservation in his budget.

Why it matters: Last summer, challenged water supplies led to restrictions for cities and agriculture. And the worse news is that the drought will continue this year, eclipsing the megadrought of the 1500s.

Will New Mexico Run Out of Electricity This Summer?

We have covered this story for weeks, but the Governor is not leading on this, as she is not leading on anything, we are at the bottom in about everything good. Where is she? Now we face rolling blackouts this summer. New Mexico is in very bad shape in many ways. The Dems rule for now. I was talking to an oilman yesterday out of Texas and we were sharing our frustration with Govern Lujan Grisham’s goal to kill the oil and gas industry, the life blood of our public schools!

Rolling Black Outs This Summer in New Mexico?

FGGAM received this update from the NM GOP HOUSE late yesterday:

Santa Fe – On Valentine’s Day 2022, the love fest between the New Mexico House Democrat Caucus and their special interest donors continued. Following House Republican Leader Jim Townsend’s move to blast HB 220 to the Chamber, and House Republican Whip Rod Montoya’s call of the House, Democrats voted in favor of doing nothing to avoid expected power blackouts.

“New Mexicans are simply asking to continue to count on their electricity and for it to remain affordable,” said House Republican Leader Jim Townsend (Artesia). “The crisis is coming and I am very disappointed that our colleagues have decided to ignore this looming power blackout crisis.”

HB 220 is a bill that would have ensured that the San Juan Generating Station would remain operating for two more years, saving many Navajo jobs. The measure would also ensure that NM utility rates would remain affordable and avoid the expected power blackouts that PNM and many media outlets have been covering.

“We cannot simply allow our jobs to be taken away, and power blackouts to run rampant when we have a viable option on the table,” said House Republican Whip Rod Montoya (Farmington). “We received tri-partisan support for addressing this issue and New Mexicans deserve to have at minimum expectation that their power will remain reliable and affordable.”

Discussion on HB 220 received tri-partisan support from Republican, Democrat, and Independent lawmakers.

Weekend Horrors Show Cities Like New York, Chicago and Albuquerque Must Have New Crime Policy

There is no godly integrity in many offices of American government, especially in New York, Albuquerque and Chicago. The solution is not more politics, it is JESUS!!!

America is no longer a Christian nation: Only 6% of Americans have a ‘biblical worldview,’ research from George Barna finds

I am a stickler for preaching JESUS! The entire Bible, ALL! Old Testament and New Testament. The precepts and principles revealed in His infallible Word. We are failing, or have failed, as a Country because many do not accept God.

From Grove Christian School A Biblical worldview, also called a Christian worldview, is built upon the framework of ideas and beliefs through which a Christian individual or group interprets the world and interacts with the world. Our worldview shapes the physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual dimensions of our lives.  The most important worldview element is how it answers questions about God.

The Biblical worldview says there is a God—One who is personal, powerful and caring—who created the world and everything in it.

Here at FGGAM we state the problems and the solution and it is always JESUS! And it is always the responsibility for Christians to carrying out THE GREAT SOLUTION WHICH IS THE GREAT COMMISSION! We must build bridges of love and trust with an unbelieving world.

God’s Word call’s the mind of the natural man “blinded” Read 2 Cor. 4:4 The scriptures also call’s the mind of the natural man, “depraved” Romans 1:28, “corrupt” 1 Tim 6:5, “unspiritual” Col 12:18

The natural mind thinks from a humanistic, sin debased viewpoint. The viewpoint of the flesh directs it’s thoughts. The sinful mind is under the control of Satan and can never please God because it concentrates on things of the world and not things of the Spirit. The natural mind walks the path of hopelessness and self-destruction.

Let your light shine before the darkness, let your light for Jesus show others the only true path.

As you grow in your relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ your discernment will grow and you will be able to see  His light so clearly and your God given discernment will enable you to see through the darkness so clear, you will be set free more and more knowing the difference between good and evil.

Some of my friends around America are calling Albuquerque the ‘New Chicago.’ The murder rate is not as high as Chicago, but Albuquerque and most of the state sure has plenty of demons running around the area. The latest, is that a State Police officer was shot outside of Albuquerque last week and then we had horror in Albuquerque with a man stabbing multiple people. Also I just got this report last night: Officer Involved Shooting last night in Edgewood, NM

Remember the thugs that about burned down Wal-Mart in Edgewood???!!!

New Mexico Governor Lujan Grisham said this was the year she and her dem buddies were going to get tough on crime! What was it???????…..Go to your bed without dinner????? NM Legislators lose hope for GPS ankle monitor data bill

APD: Man fatally shot in the chest in NE Albuquerque apartment

New Mexico is dying, many have no morals, so many people in New Mexico do not know JESUS! I was telling my friend from Texas yesterday that the Dems have a strangle hold on New Mexico. Like much of America, New Mexico has become is lawless. Everything from a 7-year-old boy being run over on the streets of Albuquerque by a demon and killed, CALL IT LIKE IT IS! To our State Police Officer being shot, awhile back four Albuquerque Police Officers where shot, now we have this demon who stabbed multiple people Sunday night in Albuquerque. These people are possessed. They are blinded by Satan. This is Spiritual warfare. Only 6% of Americans have a Biblical Worldview, we are seeing the results of hell everyday, more than ever in my 65 years.

New Mexico cannot even get the ankle monitoring right!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!
