CBN NEWS REPORTS:

LIFE. Several years ago, a hospital in Vermont scheduled 10 nurses to assist in performing abortions, despite the fact that each nurse had filed conscience objections and did not want to take part in aborting a baby. In August 2019, the federal Health and Human Services office for Civil Rights informed the hospital that they were not in compliance with the federal statue protecting health care workers conscience rights. The hospital did not comply, so in December 2020 the Department of Justice sued. Then the Biden Administration and new HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra helped get the suit dismissed. Eighty Members of Congress have asked Becerra to explain his unwillingness to protect conscience rights; here’s the rest of the story.
