Go to the LORD now for the people of India….
We lift our prayers to our heavenly Father to heal the land of India.  We pray protection for the mission and all the wonderful health care workers.  Please oh Lord God give them strength and a miraculous cure for those suffering. In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
I have felt for years that America is becoming very selfish, that includes Christians. It is not America first, it is GOD first! GOD ALMIGHTY! America first is not in the Bible. We are one world, one people of God. Look and see what is happening in India. It is beyond anything I can grasp. We must pray and help. I have two friends that are involved in ministries in India. Pastor Leonard Navarre and Brother Roger Cole. I thank the Lord for what they do for the people of India. I had a conversation with my Sister in Christ Wannel Pate yesterday and she brought up how we here in America must pray for our brothers and sisters in India.
Here is a report this morning from ther StarTribune:
The U.S. must quickly and comprehensively act upon President Joe Biden’s aim to be “an arsenal of vaccines for other countries.”

In India, and beyond, a looming COVID catastrophe

India is in crisis. Showing more empathy is the least we can do.
In India, doctors are begging for medical supplies and crematoriums are overflowing with dead bodies. How to tap into empathy to care for others.

On behalf of our entire team, we want to thank you so much for all of your prayers and sacrificial gifts during this dark time.  Please continue to pray for the people of India and for the medical personnel all over our country.  We request you to continue to join us as we save the lives and souls of as many people as we can.  We can’t do this without you…” -Ajai Lall
I just for this email from my hero in faith Pastor Don Kimbro…………Pastor Don’s messages are always so very timely:

Hello all,

Well, Dorothy and I just watched one of the really inspiring and courageous Christian movies of our day, which is based on a true story and the book, “The Insanity of God” by Nik Ripken (which we read when it first came out). It addresses the question, “Is Jesus Christ Worth It?” It may make you uncomfortable. Please take the 1 hour and 32 minutes to watch—as it will take you all over the world (in a flash) because it is so well done.

I believe it will enhance your thinking and your view of a life without Christ and how desperately the world needs Him. Simply click on the Watch Link below, enter your email and you’re good to go. It is sponsored by Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF). They are the same Legal Defense Group, in cooperation with the ACLJ that took my case against the City of Albuquerque in 1994, when they tried to stop my showing the Jesus Film in the Senior Centers and giving away Bibles. We “kicked their butts” on that one after it went to the Supreme Court. Take that devil!

Enjoy and then send me your comments. Please feel free to share it with others. Blessings.

The “Insanity” of God

Dear Friends,

Recently, I had the privilege to interview Nik Ripken from The Insanity of God, a film that we have been able to offer for free streaming online. Nik’s testimony is incredible, and it is certainly a film that will challenge and embolden your faith.

In short, Nik and his wife lost one of their sons while serving on the mission field due to a severe asthma attack. He died in Nik’s arms on the way to the hospital. At nearly the same time, four of Nik’s ministry associates were murdered—martyred—for their faith.

You can imagine what Nik was going through. It would be easy to ask God “why?” It would be easy to leave the mission field and come home to the safety of America. No one would blame him, and people probably suggested it, too.

However, Nik’s response was to dive deeper into the mission field. He met with persecuted Christians—Christians who had suffered far more than he had. He needed to know: what would they say? How was their faith holding up? Did they ask God “why?”

The blessings that we Americans usually find ourselves thanking God for are things that make life on this earth easier: finances, health, houses, etc. It is not natural to think of suffering and persecution as “blessings.”

In the Sermon on the Mount from Matthew 5–7, a well-known Scripture passage, Jesus says:

Blessed are the poor in spirit.
Blessed are those who mourn.
Blessed are those who are persecuted.

How do we reconcile our thoughts about what a blessing consists of when we read these verses? How are suffering, mourning, and persecution blessings?

Nik shared some of his insights into these questions (and more) during this interview. I encourage you to listen to the interview and watch the movie if you have not had a chance to do so yet.

His documentary, The Insanity of God, is one of the best I have ever seen. It is too easy to get comfortable in our everyday lives and forget that this world is opposed to the Gospel. While the lessons are difficult, they can help bring us closer to God and understand how we can experience His Divine love in the most trying circumstances.

It is too easy to get comfortable in our everyday lives and forget that this world is opposed to the Gospel.

I also encourage you to share Nik’s message with your church members, friends, and family. We know the enemy (Satan) is alive and well and seeks only to turn us away from God. He may attempt to do it through persecutions, but he also uses the temptations of this world to lead us astray. I am reminded of the words of the Apostle John in his first letter:

Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world—the desires of the flesh and the desires of the eyes and pride of life—is not from the Father but is from the world. And the world is passing away along with its desires, but whoever does the will of God abides forever. —1 John 2:15–17 [ESV]

I have had the honor of traveling to many hostile and restricted nations and have met with hundreds of persecuted Christians. I have witnessed their pain and suffering, and even their struggles to forgive some of the most horrific tortures you could imagine. But, like Nik, I have also witnessed victorious faith that is difficult to comprehend.

I believe that in this life, we need to learn from the worldwide body of Christ. We do not know what our future holds, or what God may ask of us. What we do know is that we can learn from others, like Nik, and the Christians whose testimonies are featured in his film The Insanity of God.

“We should not be asking God ‘why,’ we should be asking Him ‘why not.'” —Nik Ripken

Take a few moments to watch with your family (using discretion for younger children) and witness a vibrant and triumphant faith in the midst of persecution and suffering!

Have a blessed Sunday.

So many false teachers in the world and in these days they are spreading like cockroaches…..

From the Bible Hub on Timothy 2:2

The Appeal Renewed

1You then, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. 2And the things you have heard me say in the presence of many witnesses entrust to reliable people who will also be qualified to teach others. 3Join with me in suffering, like a good soldier of Christ Jesus. 4No one serving as a soldier gets entangled in civilian affairs, but rather tries to please his commanding officer. 5Similarly, anyone who competes as an athlete does not receive the victor’s crown except by competing according to the rules. 6The hardworking farmer should be the first to receive a share of the crops. 7Reflect on what I am saying, for the Lord will give you insight into all this.

8Remember Jesus Christ, raised from the dead, descended from David. This is my gospel, 9for which I am suffering even to the point of being chained like a criminal. But God’s word is not chained. 10Therefore I endure everything for the sake of the elect, that they too may obtain the salvation that is in Christ Jesus, with eternal glory.

11Here is a trustworthy saying:

If we died with him,

we will also live with him;

12if we endure,

we will also reign with him.

If we disown him,

he will also disown us;

13if we are faithless,

he remains faithful,

for he cannot disown himself.

Dealing With False Teachers

14Keep reminding God’s people of these things. Warn them before God against quarreling about words; it is of no value, and only ruins those who listen. 15Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth. 16Avoid godless chatter, because those who indulge in it will become more and more ungodly. 17Their teaching will spread like gangrene. Among them are Hymenaeus and Philetus, 18who have departed from the truth. They say that the resurrection has already taken place, and they destroy the faith of some. 19Nevertheless, God’s solid foundation stands firm, sealed with this inscription: “The Lord knows those who are his,” and, “Everyone who confesses the name of the Lord must turn away from wickedness.”

20In a large house there are articles not only of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay; some are for special purposes and some for common use. 21Those who cleanse themselves from the latter will be instruments for special purposes, made holy, useful to the Master and prepared to do any good work.

22Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart. 23Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. 24And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful. 25Opponents must be gently instructed, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of the truth, 26and that they will come to their senses and escape from the trap of the devil, who has taken them captive to do his will.
