Yesterday a great man of God, Charlie Daniels was called home to heaven. This Country music giant write this song……..

I sure will miss Charlie.
Heed these words my friends, because they are so true especially in this day and time.
When I worked Country music radio at KGCX in Sidney, Montana in the late 70’s, I played Charlie’s music….The owner of the station had us pull Charlie’s hit, “The devil went down to Georgia”, saying it was not proper. Charlie was such an awesome Patriot, loved his music and his twitter posts! I will sure miss him!
