Isn’t Great that God is Holy? He sets the standards for us so that there is no confusion. Because He is Holy, We have an understanding of what we need to achieve. Because He is Holy, we don’t have to question whether He will treat us fairly or if He will take advantage of us. Because He is Holy, He will lead us in the direction we need to go. Because He is Holy, His Love is Perfect for us. Because He is Holy, He has nor sin.

Have you reflected on His Holiness today?

We come to You because You are Holy!

You oh Lord reign. The peoples should tremble because of Your Holiness. You dwell between the cherubim, so let the earth be moved! You are great in Zion, and high above all the peoples. Let them praise Your great and awesome name! You are holy.

Your strength also loves justice. You have established equity. You have executed justice and righteousness in Jacob and all the nations. We exalt the Lord our God, and worship at His footstool for He is holy.

Moses and Aaron were among His priests, and Samuel was among those who called upon His name; They called upon the Lord, and He answered them. Just like them we will call upon You as well. You spoke to them in the cloudy pillar. They kept Your Testimonies and the ordinance You gave them.

You answered them, O Lord our God; You were to them God-Who-Forgives,
Though You took vengeance on their deeds. We exalt the Lord our God,
And worship at His holy hill; For the Lord our God is holy!

Therefore we are to gird up the loins of our minds. We are to be sober, and rest our hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to us at the revelation of Jesus Christ. We are to be as obedient children, not conforming ourselves to the former lusts, as in our ignorance. Just as He who called us is holy, we also must be holy in all our conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”

Amen Lord and Thank You!

(Taken from Psalm 99; 1 Peter 1:13-16)

If we are to please God, we need to allow The Holy Spirit to set us apart. We need to pursue a sinless life. We are to seek Righteousness. How do we do it? Through prayer, study, fellowship, being willing to be corrected/accountability, discipleship, and service.

It starts with Our Relationship with Jesus. If you don’t have a Relationship with Him or you need to rekindle that Relationship, do it now. Call out to Him and seek his Love and Forgiveness. It really is as hard or easy as you make it.

We should look to Him daily to seek a relationship with Him. I want to encourage you to seek Him today, if you haven’t already. If you need help, have questions or need direction in this regard, please, feel free to let me know.

Maybe today you are struggling with something. Maybe you may have found yourself not as close to The Lord as you thought. We would like to help you in this through prayer and guidance.
