Father, thank you for speaking to us through Your Holy Scriptures. Your Word speaks to us every day. Yes, yes, yes it does. You communicate with mankind in so many ways. Your written Word (Bible) is a powerful tool in which we can read, we can believe and with great expectation look for you to reveal every answer we need. You are truly the answer for every need mankind has today. We keep our eyes fixed on You and Your Word.
Father, use these words to encourage us, to mold us, shape us, comfort us and change us to be more like You. You speak rest to the weary soul, You speak peace to the anxious mind, You speak love to the broken hearted. You speak healing to the sick and afflicted, and whatever the situation is in our lives, You have it covered with Your Word.
It’s always best to have everything in writing (a written contract) and we have it. Father, you gave us Your Word. You don’t erase it, change it or take it back. It is forever settled. Thank you for these Holy Scriptures. They truly are life to our bones.
The Bible with our contract (His covenant) is our instruction for daily living. Jesus, You truly are the answer. Since You created us in Your image and gave us our manual for daily living, we are excited to meet with you every day to know what You have to say to us. Holy Spirit lead us today in the Holy Scriptures.
