Are You Ready To Begin Your Journey Today?

Good morning beautiful people. This morning let’s pray for broken people. This may not be you today, but it certainly could be you tomorrow. Life’s journey has a way of bringing buried hurts and pains to the forefront. We all experience sorrows on the path of life. If we put Jesus at the center of our lives, He takes the sorrow, the brokenness, the abuse, the hurt and all the pain and removes the sting. He fills the void with His love and rebuilds our lives. Who wouldn’t want to experience a life full of love, joy and peace?
Father, we give you our heart today. We surrender all of our life to you and our life’s journey. Thank you for taking the broken pieces and putting them back together. You remove all the obstacles and show us the light of Christ.
Father, as we journey life looking through your eyes, we understand that life is a road of love, compassion and service. Empower us to live this life through the power of the Holy Spirt. May the overflow of the abundance of love in our hearts touch the broken and bruised among us. We pray Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory, forever. Amen (Matthew 6:9-13)
