Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart. Hebrews 12:2
Father, thank you for this Word. You said to run (not walk) with the race that you have marked out for our lives. You said God to keep our eyes fixed on Jesus. You said not to grow weary and lose heart.
Today, may many all across this globe pick up their pace and begin to run again with what is before them. Jesus the pioneer, the perfecter of our faith, continue to strengthen us and order our footsteps as we run the race.
Help us shake off all distractions as You have already went before us and made the way. There is no stopping what God is doing.
