Great faith, faith of friends, faith to reach out, faith to ask, faith of persistent, willing faith, little faith, lack of faith, prayer of faith, faith of confidence, firm faith , full assurance of faith, faith has power to those who believe for all things are possible to those who believe.

Mark 11:22 Have faith in God Jesus answered, 23 I tell you the truth if anyone says to this mountain go throw yourself into the sea and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says will happen it will be done for him.

Hebrew 10:36 You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God you will receive what he has promised 37 for in just a very little while He who is coming will come and will not delay. But my righteous one will live by faith and if he shrinks back I will not be pleased with him.

We should never give up, God is saving the best for last hold on to your faith .

Hebrew 11:1 Now faith is being sure of what we do not see

How can one receive faith

Romans 10:17 So then faith comes by hearing and by the Word of God.

Faith has no place for doubt

James 1:6 But when he asks he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea blown and tossed by the wind.

Mark14:25-31 Disciples were on the boat and Jesus came walking on the water, they thought it was a ghost Jesus said take courage it is I , don’t be afraid,  Peter said tell me to come to you on the water. Jesus said come, then Peter walked on the water and came toward Jesus. But he saw the wind afraid and began to sink. Jesus reached out His hand and caught him you of little faith why do you doubt?

Jesus said come and Peter obeyed the voice of God and walked on water, but the moment he heard the wind, he took his eyes of off Jesus and he sank, But Jesus reached out to him and caught him and said, you of little faith why did you doubt?

Lesson here is we  need to obey the voice of God in our lives and keep our eyes on Jesus never to doubt the promise Word of God, thought you may fail at times just know that God will be there for you as you reach out to him, like he did with Peter. Never look at your situation but  keep your eyes on  Jesus. Never doubt God, he will never fail you.God promises that if we obey and listen to his voice he will be there for you all you need to do is to believe and you will recieve.

Mathew 21:22 If you believe you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.

The Power of God is available to all who calls upon him in faith.

We are justified by faith

We can receive a blessing according to our faith

Here are a few that had great faith

Matthew 8:2 A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said Lord if you are willing you can make me clean 3 Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man I am willing he said Be clean Immediately he was cured of his leprosy.

The  faith of a Canaanite women came to Jesus for him to heal her daughter

Matthew 15:28 Jesus answered her women you have great faith Your request is granted and her daughter was healed from that very hour.

Faith has to rise above our fears and above all of the enemies lies and an not rely on our feelings but to rest and believe  God’s Word what his Word declares to us. His Word says that be repentance and faith in Christ He looks down upon us having the perfect righteousness of Jesus that he accepts, love and forgives us . There is hope in having faith

Galatians 5:5 By faith we  earnestly await through the spirit the righteousness for which we hope for.

God’s Word comes into action when we walk in faith, we need not question His Word or Promises.

Numbers 23:19 God is not a man that he should lie nor a son of man that he should change his mind. Does He speak and not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? I have received a command to bless he has blessed and I cannot change it.

Jesus gave the man three action points in one short command.

1 Rise up from your situation

2 Take His Word

3 Walk in faith move out action

He wanted him to act on his faith

You need to exercise your faith by taking action . You must  do your part first before God does his.

Luke 5:4 The disciples were told to cast out there nets for a catch and the Lord provided the catch of fish they had been toiling for.

When God makes a promise, faith believes it hope anticipates it and patience quietly awaits it.

First of all you need to affirm you faith in Christ (Galatians 2:16)

Humble yourself before the Lord  (2 Chronicles 34:27)

Confess any known sin (Psalm 32:5)

Repent of that sin (Acts 3:19)

Forgive all (Mark 11:25)

Break all tides from the kingdom of darkness  (Isaiah 55:7)

Standing still is also an act of faith

Rest on God’s promises. Faith is your gift the ability to believe

Hope is your way out of your situation

Love is your gift of thankfulness  they are all gifts that God  has given us.

As we turn to the Lord in prayer He will speak to us in a still small voice .

Isaiah 30:21 Thine ears  shall hear a word behind thee saying this  is the way walk ye in it.

Deuteronomy 30:14 The Word is very near you , it is in your mouth and in your heart so you may obey it.

When God begins to speak we suddenly have a great sense of peace and calmness . His voice is comforting. God has  promised by covenant to lead us and guide us by His Spirit and keep us from falling . We need to believe in His Word  and stand still and wait for him to act on our behalf.

Thank you Lord for the gift of faith that gives us eyes to see, ears to hear and a heart that believes. Increase my faith, fill me  with  all your wisdom, I  will be a believer and not a doubter, whenever doubt comes I  will cast it away , for nothing is impossible for those who believe. When trials come my faih will see me through, in such a way  my faith  will be found unto praise and thanksgiving and honor unto you.Your Word stimulates faith and faith will activate your power. Having faith in you will give me a destiny that will change my life, so therefore Lord I will rest and  be still resting  in your loving arms having the assurance that you are there for me. I love you Lord, Amen
