When I was in Windom, Minnesota for the Revival, an article appeared in the August 27th Worthington Daily Globe about 111-year-old Iris Westman of Northwood, North Dakota. Iris is the oldest living person in North Dakota. Here is her advice to us all: “Behave yourself. Trust in God. Work, whether mental or physical.”

Researchers have found that 100-year-olds have this in common: even temperament, live for today, non stress people, good tempered, kind, very positive and forward thinking.
