Albuquerque, NM- This week Protest ABQ had a protest presence at two major New Mexico GOP events: National GOP Governors Summit & New Mexico GOP Convention. While other states have made great strides to end pre-born child killing, New Mexico has yet to get it’s act together.
Bud Shaver, executive director of Protest ABQ discusses the details and purpose of these two focuses with The HUB of New Mexico internet radio station.

The Republican Quadrennial Convention was hosted in Albuquerque at the Sandia Resort and Casino… so Protest ABQ was there!
New Mexico doesn’t have any laws to protect the pre-born children who die daily in our midst. New Mexico is the “Abortion Capital of the Southwest” and Albuquerque is known nationally as the “Late-Term Abortion Capital of the Country.” That is why Protest ABQ has been and will continue to urge Republican leadership to speak up about this horrible tragedy and put together a strategy to pass uncompromised pro-life legislation.
We also need an active investigation into the University of New Mexico, the heart of the Abortion Cartel in our state. Bud Shaver, Executive Director of Protest ABQ urges the GOP Republicans to, “Cut ties with Dr. Paul Roth and to investigate the University of New Mexico’s Radical Abortion Agenda which has come under national scrutiny from the US House Panel on Infant Lives.”
If the GOP will stand up for the babies, then we will stand down! Until then …our passionate protests will continue and we invite everyone to join us.
“If you falter in a time of trouble, how small is your strength! Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter.
If you say, ‘But we knew nothing about this,’ does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done?” Proverbs 24:10-12
