The gay pastor who brought a lawsuit against a Whole Foods Market in Austin, Texas for allegedly writing a gay slur on a cake has admitted that hemade the accusation up.
USAToday.com reports that Jordan Brown alleged that he ordered a cake from Whole Foods with the words “Love Wins,” but instead received a cake that said “Love Wins,” but also included a hateful slur against homosexuals.
Brown, who filed the lawsuit more than three weeks ago, has now admitted that it was a hoax and that the company “did nothing wrong.”
