Influence Your World…

Today, let’s pray we will be faithful to do our part in influencing the world around us.

Matthew 5: 14-16  You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.

Daniel 12:3  The wise people will shine like the brightness of the sky. Those who teach others to live right will shine like stars forever and ever.

Romans 12:2   Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Father, thank you that you hold the pieces of our lives together. We are not to conform ourselves to the patterns of this world. Lord we want to do your perfect will and have the mind of  Christ. (Tell him if that is true.)

May the light of Christ shine today in us and through us we pray. Amen

Have A Blessed Day,  for this is the day the Lord has made an we will rejoice and be glad in it.
