As much as I have tried and prayed, I cannot wrap my arms around this story and make any sense of it. A man that is to help people in their time of need, betrays the caller and victim, who died. I wonder if the dispatcher was burned out? Worked to long? I’m not trying to make an excuse here, but this man was trained to help others and love on others….what happened?
