The air campaign in Yemen against Iranian-backed Houthi rebels led by Saudi Arabia has received an offer of help from the US in the form of in-flight refueling aircraft, but the Saudi air force is so far not taking advantage of the offer, according to the Pentagon. However, reports have emerged that Saudi Arabia is asking Pakistan for assistance in the fight. “Saudi Arabia has asked for combat planes, warships and soldiers,” Pakistani Defence Minister Khawaja Asif said on Monday .
