Winter Weather to Continue in New Mexico, More Storms Coming
Round 2…….the second wave of snow is falling in Albuquerque. We have about 4 inches at our house on the west side. This picture was taken by LBJ Middle School at 5pm. I Have not seen this much snow on the west side in the 9 years we have lived here. The Albuquerque Metro area is under a winter storm warning until 8am Saturday. Many parts of New Mexico are getting good snow. PRAISE GOD! We need the moisture to break the drought! This is from our Dear friend in Northern New Mexico, Scott Flury in Chama: OK…here are the latest snowfall totals being reported to the National Weather Service from Chama. Since the storm began less than a week ago we have recorded 27.4 inches of snow. For the season so far we are at 77.25 inches which is right at normal with much more on the way for the end of this month! More here by clicking on this headline:
