My home state is having economic success, the Mpls Star/Tribune reports: Minnesota employers added 6,600 jobs in November and October’s gains were adjusted upward slightly as the state posted its fourth straight month of above-average job gains. The state’s unemployment rate fell to 3.7 percent, its lowest level since May 2001, according to seasonally-adjusted figures released Thursday by the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. By the way here are some other the unemployment rates: North Dakota 2.8%, Montana 4.5%, South Dakota 3.3,%, Iowa 4.5%, Wisconsin 5.4%. I’ve worked radio in all these states except Wisconsin and Iowa. The latest figure I could find for New Mexico was 6.5, Texas 5.1%, Arizona 6.8%, Colorado 4.3%, Oklahoma 4.5%, and California is at a whopping 7.3%. Minnesota sign
