The New Mexico Legislative session begins at Noon today. Isabella Martinez the daughter of Victor and Pamela Martinez of Albuquerque will sing the National Anthem to open this years session. Isabella is the granddaughter of our Dear friends Pastor Jim and Margaret Montoya. Governor Martinez will deliver her State Of The State Address at 1pm.
