Would you please join us in praying for healing for Pastor Ray Franks.His son Pastor Brenton Franks let us know that the infection in Ray is spiking once again. Brenton says that the Doctor’s describe the infection as a “garden variety”. It is hanging on and causing damage to Pastor Ray. Brenton closes by saying that Pastor Ray needs a sudden and immediate deliverance from the infection. Brenton asks that we pray specifically against the infection, cut it off, and make it let go. That is what Pastor Ray needs, in Jesus name we ask, Amen.

I don’t understand. If it’s God’s will that he dies, why would anyone pray that he doesn’t?
I think the idea is that we DON’T know the will of God, but we can pray in accordance with what the Bible says in Philippians 4:6 “…pray about everything”.
If I am uncertain about something, just like a child goes to his father with his concern, I will go to my heavenly father with my worries and cares.
So to answer your question, yes God’s will will come to pass, and everything will work together in the end for good, and we will never see the whole picture – but we should always pray and petition God with these kinds of circumstances in our lives.
