A District Court Judge this morning upheld a gay marriage license ruling after an appeal hearing in Los Alamos County. The County Clerk had said she would not issue same-sex marriage licenses. We continue to follow this story for you. This ruling gives the go ahead for same-sex marriage licenses in Los Alamos County. County Clerk, Sharon Stover, will abide by the Judge’s order. Couples are on the way to the Municipal Building to get license now.
