RACING COMMISSION PUTS SIXTH RACETRACK LICENSE ON HOLD

After Michael Moldenhauer’s lawyer delivered a writ to the state supreme court on April 22 challenging the racetrack commisssion’s decision to retract his racing license, the racing commission changed their executive agenda on April 25 to include litigation on the Raton law suit, and changed their public session to retract discussion on the sixth racing license.  As I said in the last post, just a few hours before the meeting, “The writ will likely put the whole licensing process on hold until the supreme court takes action.”

All good news.
