A possible downer for the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta is being put forth by Sandia Pueblo. The Pueblo is saying no balloons will be allowed to land on pueblo land this year along with new flyover restrictions. Balloon Fiesta Officials are very concerned that these new rules, saying that they will put a damper on this years Balloon Fiesta.
