South Carolina Governor Signs Pro-Baby Legislation!

Here in New Mexico people keep electing pro-abortion candidates. When I talk to people in New Mexico that have lived here their whole life most of them say, “The democrats have had their way forever here.” It sure does continue. My spirit is very disturbed that people vote for people that do not value God’s babies, it makes me weep. It is a heart issue, a heart for Jesus and his babies. I mourn everyday for the babies that are aborted in New Mexico, I pray everyday that abortion will stop.

We need PRO-Baby Candidates in office! Pro-Baby!

Exodus 20:13, one of the well-known Ten Commandments says, “You shall not murder.” Murder is defined as the premeditated act of taking another person’s life. Proverbs 6:17, expresses seven things that God hates. One of them is, “Hands that shed innocent blood.” There is no person more innocent than a defenseless baby in its mother’s womb.

New Mexico has many horrific problems, the violence continues in Albuquerque with 20 murder investigations going on already here in 2021. Drug addiction/dealing leads to many of the murders and crime in the city. I have no idea how many of God’s babies have been killed by abortion here in Albuquerque 2021, but ONE is too many. I was talking to me mentor Pastor Paul Holt of Magdalena yesterday and we talked about crime, abortion and the proposed bill on assisted suicide in New Mexico, covered with a dark cloud of death. It is a heart issue, hearts for JESUS and His ways, so many people need JESUS. Every life matters to JESUS. All His babies and all children and adults. I pray that we all will carry out The Great Commission everyday and share JESUS with all.

Here is what has taken place in South Carolina, what about it people in New Mexico? Can we do this?

WBTV REPORTS:

COLUMBIA, S.C. (GRAY) – The “Fetal Heartbeat” bill banning most abortions in South Carolina was signed into law Thursday, fulfilling a promise Gov. McMaster and other Republican lawmakers made to their constituents. However, the Governor’s signature was not the last chapter for this piece of legislation.

South Carolina Governor Signs Bill banning most abortions

On Fed 9th, 2021 Pastor Don Kimbro posted this at FGGAM:

When Jesus saw this, he was indignant. He said to them, “Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.” — Mark 10:14

Recently, an “Op-Ed” piece appeared in our local newspaper, authored by a minister of a denomination that sadly is well-known for its liberal approach to Christianity. It was in regard to abortion. After reading it, I felt a need to write an “Op-Ed” of my own in rebuttal.

His article was titled, “As A Minister, I Support The Repeal Of The Ban On Abortion.” That bill is currently in our State Legislature and will be voted on tomorrow. These were his opening words, “I was very sad at the conclusion of the 2019 legislative session when the New Mexico Senate failed to repeal the old law on the books that made abortion a crime, and even more disappointed to see so many other states passing laws criminalizing providers and women.”

I was very sad, as well, when I read his short treatise—but it wasn’t his gloom that impressed me but his failure, as a minister who claims to be Christian, to cite any biblical authority for his position—not even one verse! I was very disappointed also, that one who would identify as a ordained minister, would publicly sanction the killing of babies in the womb, which now reaches over one million every year in America! So perhaps I can help him and others in this short space by introducing just a few of the many Scriptures from the Bible that speak to the issue.

Psalm 119:73 speaks tenderly of God’s involvement in the birth process, “Your hands have made me and fashioned me.” However, perhaps the most definitive of all the Biblical passages that express God’s view of human life may be found in Psalm 139:13-16, which describes the process of human development in the womb by God Himself, speaking through the words of David: “For you formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are Your works, and that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, and skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them.”

In love we must seek out and embrace the countless young women who—through fear, ignorance, coercion, bad counsel or family pressure—felt that abortion was their only choice and let them know that we have a merciful, gracious, and loving Savior who forgives completely and removes all guilt when one comes to the cross of Christ (Colossians 1:14-15).

Having said that, we also must speak up at every opportunity against the evil of abortion and not accept it as a cultural option when someone makes a mistake. God’s word does not allow that. Maranatha!

To help us walk closer with God and to know Him better

Past Post:

Oh, New Mexico when will you turn from your wicked ways of killing God’s babies? Oh, New Mexico, for years and years you have aborted God’s Babies…..when will you turn away from this evil? Oh, New Mexico! Why do you think you are about last in anything good? Oh, New Mexico you will be held responsible by God Almighty.

Turn from your evil ways New Mexico….

WIS NEWS REPORTS: COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) – The South Carolina General Assembly has just passed the state’s Fetal Heartbeat Bill.

SC passes bill banning most abortions, governor expected to sign

Please read this message from Pastor Leonard Navarre, one of my greatest friends and mentors that has influenced my life so very great! Pastor Leonard really nails it in his post about the struggle of the American Church which is losing its influence:
Around the world we see persecution on the rise.  Or, maybe its just that we are looking more closely at the progression of indifference and apathy here in America.   In the countries I have served, especially India, persecutions of Christians has been around for a long time.  I have read of great persecution and abuse in China.  India, China, Africa and North Korea have the greatest persecution.  However, it is in those countries where there is persecution that you find the church of our Lord Jesus Christ growing and growing exponentially.  WHY?  What is going on in the “church” here in America that we don’t see exponential growth.  Why is there so much division. Why is there no exponential growth in the American Church? By Pastor Leonard Navarre

God Bless you Sister Elisa Martinez for all you do for God’s Babies!!!!! We are praying for the defeat of this horrific bill!!!! Thank you for standing so strong in the gap for God’s babies!

DRAFT BANNER
URGENT: SB 10 MOVES TO NM HOUSE FLOOR VOTE
AS EARLY AS TODAY!
MONDAY: The nation’s most radical abortion up-to-birth bill, SB 10 passed the House Judiciary committee on a party-line vote. Pro-life supporters provided incredible, heart felt testimony including parents of disabled children, a young man who “could have been aborted” by a misdiagnosis in the womb, regretful post-abortive women, and a labor & delivery nurse who stated, “I recently did an IV on 24-week old twins. This tells you these babies are very much alive.” A House floor vote is imminent, read more what you can do below.

** SB 10 now heads to the full House Floor for a vote–since it has already passed the Senate Floor this provides the radical pro-abortion Democrats in both Houses the quickest pathway to final passage. SB 10 will be heard as early as tomorrow on the House Floor or any day thereafter. **

New Mexico Alliance for Life Fact Checker:
This year, the pro-abortion Democrats have taken a different strategy: limit public comment, public involvement and DENY the facts behind their bill. NM Alliance for Life has compiled a Fact Check below on misinformation regarding SB 10.
FACT CHECK: There are adequate conscience protections in case law, federal law and state law. FALSE. Medical professionals in states without an explicit conscience protection have experienced coercion, sanctions and even prosecution. Once NM’s only explicit conscience protection is removed, the NM Uniform Health Care Decisions Act NMSA 24-7A-7, “Obligations of health-care provider,” Section G will  come into play: Forcing the state’s medical professionals to 1) assist in the transfer of the patient to another health-care provider or institution that is willing to comply and 2) provide continuing care to the patient until a transfer can be effected.
FACT CHECK: “Abortions up to birth don’t happen.” FALSE. Abortions up-to-birth happen every week in New Mexico. Late-term clinic in Albuquerque advertises “Abortions through 32 weeks [8 months]” and “case by case after 32 weeks. [8 months]” For any reason. These are not medically necessary abortions– they are elective. Up-to-birth is at any point after viability, or 5 months when an infant can be born and survive outside the womb.
FACT CHECK: “SB 10 keeps abortion safe for women.” FALSE. SB 10 does nothing to protect women– it empowers the abortion corporations with less accountability. SB 10 removes parental involvement, removes a consent requirement, removes requirement for physicians only to perform abortions. It also allows abortions to be performed outside the standard of care, which resulted in the death of Keisha Atkins and at least 21 medical emergencies.
Read more about the callousness and utter disregard for innocent life, for our medical professionals and women by Senate Democrats who voted for SB 10 last week–including pro-abortion “Catholics” Sen. Jacob Candelaria and Sen. Ortiz y Pino.
More Facts About SB 10
1)The majority of Americans 70% and the majority of New Mexicans support a limit on abortion after the first trimester (3 months)- NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist Poll.
2) Keeps abortion up-to-birth legal without any protections for the unborn, women or doctors.
3) Remove the state’s only conscience protection, forcing medical professionals to perform/assist in abortions since there are no other explicit state or federal conscience protections preventing this (READ MORE ANALYSIS BELOW).
4) Does not add any protections for women, but further empowers abortion businesses with less accountability.
5) Removes any parental involvement protecting minors from being taken for an abortion by an adult male.
6) Forces NM taxpayers to continue to fund healthy moms to abort a healthy baby up to 9 months of pregnancy through state Medicaid.

I love this from Dr. Jim Denison, I pray it inspires you as much as it has inspired me:

You are “the Beloved from all eternity”

What challenges are you facing today? You may not be battling a winter storm and its effects, but you are dealing with something you wish were different. Jesus was bluntly transparent when he told his followers, “In the world you will have tribulation” (John 16:33a). But then he promised us: “But take heart; I have overcome the world” (v. 33b).

Now we have a choice. Difficulties can make us bitter or better. When we are suffering, we can blame our doctor, or we can seek her help. Pain can drive us away from God or closer to him.

Here was Paul’s choice: “We rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us” (Romans 5:3–5).

Henri Nouwen advised us: “You have to keep unmasking the world about you for what it is: manipulative, controlling, power-hungry, and, in the long run, destructive. The world tells you many lies about who you are, and you simply have to be realistic enough to remind yourself of this. Every time you feel hurt, offended, or rejected, you have to dare to say to yourself: ‘These feelings, strong as they may be, are not telling me the truth about myself. The truth, even though I cannot feel it right now, is that I am the chosen child of God, precious in God’s eyes, called the Beloved from all eternity, and held safe in an everlasting embrace.’”

When we live in the truth that we are God’s Beloved, others will want the faith we display. God will use our courage to draw many to Jesus. And we will one day hear our Master say, “Well done, good and faithful servant” (Matthew 25:23).

Will you ask Jesus for the strength to trust his promises and the courage to share them today?
