Fox News reports that the U.S. Virtual Embassy in Iran is insisting that Americans leave Iran amid conflicts in the region and following a partial reopening of its airspace on June 26, 2025, although business trips from Tehran and other major centers may be interrupted, according to an embassy advisory.
Dual U.S./Iranian citizens face particular risk because Iran does not recognize their American citizenship.
