The Associated Press (“AP News”) reports that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) has published new standards for seasonal COVID-19 injections, which continue the streamlined approach of making them available only to adults aged 65 and older, as well as children and younger adults with at least one high-risk health problem — raising questions about whether some persons who want a vaccine this fall will be able to get one.

The FDA framework, recently published in the New England Journal of Medicine HERE, urges continued and lengthy studies before amended vaccines can be approved for healthier or younger persons – which is a clear departure from previous federal policy recommending an annual COVID-19 injection for all Americans six months of age and older.

My brothers and sisters, in some ways it almost seems like the COVID-19 pandemic (and its resulting lockdowns and forced ‘vaccines’ in order to keep one’s job) was a nightmare; but, it really happened.

Considering the concern regarding side effects of the various COVID-19 injections, including Myocarditis (inflammation of the heart muscle) and Pericarditis (inflammation of the outer lining of the heart); the seemingly never-ending boosters; and the general lack of societal concern or impact regarding COVID-19 as the virus has become less-and-less of a hinderance to our day-to-day lives; it is refreshing to see that the Trump administration is taking a more cautious approach to immunization policy.

Let’s pray that our elected and appointed governmental leaders, including those in the medical field, will seek God’s wisdom in formulating policy, will walk in honesty and integrity, and will acknowledge past mistakes and move forward accordingly – as opposed to covering up errors, even when such errors were made with the best of intentions (or perhaps not).

Proverbs 2:6-8 (NLT)
“For the Lord grants wisdom!  From [H]is mouth come knowledge and understanding. He grants a treasure of common sense to the honest.  He is a shield to those who walk with integrity.  He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to [H]im.”

Praise Jesus forevermore!
