You Are What You Believe

It is not how we feel, or what we see, it is who we know.

Our faith is based on our confession. Words will either bring discouragement of defeat to our lives. It is what we confess with our lips that will dominate our hearts.

God always stays true to his word and his promises. It is up to us to take his word and speak it out over our lives and situations. He is always faithful to His promises.

Hebrews 3:6 – Christ is faithful as a Son over God’s house. And we are his house, if we hold on to our courage and hope of which we boast.

1 John 5:14 – This is the confidence I have in approaching God, That if we ask anything according to his will he hears us, And if we know that he hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have what we asked of him.

We need to know who we are in Christ. We are his children and he is waiting for his children to trust in him, for He knows what is the best for us.

Regarding how things may appear, take your stand and make your confession of faith in the face of the impossibilities.

Faith doesn’t ask for possible things, faith is demanding the impossible. It is God who is at work with us and for us.

Hebrews 10:23 – Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.

Proverbs 18:21 – The tongue has the power of life and death and those who love it will eat it’s fruit.

Matthew 12:37 – For by your words you will be acquitted and by your words you will be condemned.

All God is asking us to believe is that He is the I Am. Stop confessing doubt; confess your faith and say what God says about you. Let it change the way you think and it will change the way you live. You are what you believe!

Proverbs 23:7 – For as he thinks in his heart, so is he.

Isaiah 48:17 – I am the Lord you God, who teaches you what is best for you who directs you in the way you should go.

Be blessed and encouraged by the Word of God!
